I joined the team to reinforce support and maintenance in an agile statistical data science platform implementation.

In the first line of defense for support and maintenance activities, also responsible for picking up incidents, identifying root causes of production incidents coming from production, driving or executing resolution of these incidents and issues in close collaboration with the development teams, and ensuring proper communication with the customer and thorough documentation of incidents.

Responsible for adherence to agreed SLA and timely communication of potential SLA risks and violations with the Operation and Support Manager and appropriate development areas.

Support planning of required hot-fix releases and maintenance releases; act as SPOC for all issues raised on production and plan issues resolution together with development and testing.

Secure the availability of the development and test environments in cooperation with the customer. Ensure adequate communication with our customers on incident resolution or interim workarounds.
