CRO/Teller (Customer Relationship Officer) - Job Summary

Provides professional and timely service to the Bank’s customers and prospective customers. Performs a variety of paying and receiving functions for deposit and loan customers.

Has a good understanding of the bank’s products and services along with related features and benefits. Provides cash receipts and payment services to Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo customers. Task and Responsibilities

Provides information to customers and potential customers on the account opening procedures, types of accounts that can be opened at the bank,  deposits, the terms and conditions for accounts and services, and other benefits and services of the bank. 

Sell and X sell bank products and services. Responsible for customer services as per Bank Customer Service Policy. 

Works closely with the clients. 

Opens and closes customer accounts (current, savings, and time deposit). 

Service existing accounts answer customer queries and sell services. 

Works with Globus banking system. 

Handles domestic and international payment instructions (direct debit, standing order, bank to bank). 

Is responsible for routine administrative duties for the branch such as opening mail, and administering safe deposit activities.

Serves as a backup cashier when needed. Counts cash in & out. 

Operates a till and is fully responsible for the cash in the till.

Accepts deposits and handles various related transactions.

Sales Agent/Mobile Banker - Job Description

Sales agent/mobile banker network activity consists of making regular, daily visits to market vendors: different institutions, and companies, with the aim to sell PI products (loans, cards, E-banking), POS terminals throughout  Kosovo, and bring new payroll accounts. Provide professional and timely service to the Bank’s customers and prospective customers.

Task and Responsibilities

Visit clients, promote, sell PI products and attract new accounts/clients as well as new payroll accounts.

Provide professional consultation for customers. 

Advise potential customers about the choice of products/services and how to complete the documents. 

Help them to prepare the necessary documents in order to apply for the Bank products/services and bring the clients' documents to the Bank office instead of the client coming. 

Develop new merchant partners’ relationships. 

Represents the Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo J.S.C personably, efficiently, and tactfully while in contact with the public either face-to-face or by telephone. 

Prepare the plan of monthly and weekly visits to be performed in the region. 

Prepare weekly and monthly reports (daily if needed) and send them to the Branch Deputy Manager. 

Keeps good relationships with the Branch staff by coordinating work following General bank Procedures. 

Is fully conversant with Bank Rules as they relate to his/her area of work.

Electronics Engineer - Job Description

General Description:

Responsible to work on electronic and control equipment in order to ensure the uninterrupted and continuous operation of the production lines by applying predictive or programmed maintenance.

the cases or repair maintenance, calibration of operating instruments, and any dysfunction related to the production rhythm have absolute priority and should be performed according to the rules of trade and within reasonable delays. In cases of new installations and in order to obtain experience with new equipment, the technician participates according to the instructions of his hierarchy.

In idle times he works in the workshops repairing components, calibrating instruments, etc according to the instructions of the hierarchy. In cases where the technician faces difficulties in solving dysfunctions he immediately calls his superior for assistance. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.

Identify and resolve equipment malfunction, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts. Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment. Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic (not mechanical) principles.
