The position of System Administrator covers the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance AIX Operating system. Support Unix Team Leader on administration and maintenance of overall Core Banking System - jBase Database, CBS Operations - T24, BizTalk, and other client systems interacting with the T24 banking system. This position is responsible for smoothly running daily operations related to the Core Banking System for its internal and external clients. The role also includes support of systems and the requirement to participate in 24/7 on-call availability.

Task and Responsibilities

Installation, Configuration, Support, and administration of AIX/UNIX on IBM P Series infrastructure, operating system, and associated tools.

jBase Database support and Administration. Uses repeatable practices to ensure data availability, integrity, and security, recovers corrupted data eliminates data redundancy, and leverages database tools to improve database performance and efficiency.

Administers jBase database and transaction log backups, locking, notifications, and database replication between multiple Servers.

T24 Banking System supports the user and acts as a backup to the Unix Team Leader.

T24 systems performance, tuning, installing patches, fixes, service packs, and COB Troubleshooting.

Support and administration for BizTalk server and interfaces, make backups maintain high availability of the interfaces and services.

Function as Unix programmer and administrator. Performance monitoring and analysis. Problem determination, analysis, and resolution of Server installation and server configuration, Network interfaces, systems backups, and recovery procedures.

Perform COB procedures when necessary and act as a replacement for CBS Operators.

Oversee production databases and applications in a 24/7 environment including the DR site.

Provide IT security aspects related to clients and servers. Provide monitoring and primary response and intervention for system-related security incidents and violations.

Responsible for file-store backups and data security across a range of servers, systems security administration functions, including creating customer profiles and accounts, monitors and managing system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, network storage systems, etc

UNIX Specialist - Job Summary

The position as UNIX Specialist covers assistance in the administration and day-to-day operations for Core Banking System - COB (Close of Business), ATM-POS processing, and other daily procedures.

Task and Responsibilities

Assist Unix Admin in the administration of daily tasks (e.g., preparing the backup environment, and initiating journaling from the live environment to the backup).

Responsible for ATM/POS-batch processing - every day of the week.

Responsible for setting up users in the UNIX Environment.

CRO/Teller (Customer Relationship Officer) - Job Summary

Sales agent/mobile banker network activity consists of making regular, daily visits to market vendors: different institutions, and companies, with the aim to sell PI products (loans, cards, E-banking), POS terminals throughout  Kosovo, and bring new payroll accounts. Provide professional and timely service to the Bank’s customers and prospective customers.

Task and Responsibilities

Visit clients, promote, sell PI products and attract new accounts/clients as well as new payroll accounts.

Provide professional consultation for customers. 

Advise potential customers about the choice of products/services and how to complete the documents. 

Help them to prepare the necessary documents in order to apply for the Bank products/services and bring the clients' documents to the Bank office instead of the client coming.
